Lettings and Property Management in Cork

A personal lettings and management service for a limited number of landlords. Your property is handled directly by Antonia, a licensed agent, from finding the right tenant to day-to-day management.

A personal service, by design

I take on a limited number of properties so each one gets proper attention. You deal with me directly, not a call centre, and you always know what is happening with your property and your tenants. If you would like to sell or add to your portfolio later, I can help with that too.

Already have tenants in place?

If you already have tenants and want to hand over management, I start by reviewing the lease, RTB registration and safety compliance, then take over day-to-day management with as little disruption as possible for you and your tenants.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to register my tenancy with the RTB?

Yes. Every tenancy must be registered with the Residential Tenancies Board, and the registration is renewed each year.

Are there limits on the rent I can charge?

Yes. Rent controls now apply across Ireland. I'll advise on what you can charge before the property is let.

What safety items must a rental have?

Minimum standards include working smoke alarms and a fire blanket, with more for multi-unit buildings. I check these before every tenancy.

Do you take on any property?

I take on a limited number of properties in Cork. Get in touch to check availability.
